The Cheval Blanc Courchevel is a five-star mountain palace set in the heart of the French alps.

The hotel already had an earlier version of the iPad app with the same information as their Hotel GUI, and they wanted to update that to the latest version with the latest features, as well as some visual updates.

One of the visual updates was to the shortcut icons in the dock in the bottom of the app.

Throughout several iterations of design it was finally narrowed down which features the hotel wanted icons for, and then the icons was streamlined for size and thickness of the lines.
